We are seeking an Associate to join our consulting team. This person will play a key day to day role in addressing the client’s needs and helping the team move forward.

• Fully own a project work stream with the ability to solve problem autonomously
o Define and breakdown the problem, structure problem-solving approach, and prioritize analysis to deliver under constrained time
o Create a workplan for a specific workstream
o Gather, analyze and synthesize primary and secondary research data and derive key implications for the client
o Develop and prepare high-quality client-ready slides for a workstream or other written communications to convey the insights and recommendations developed
• Work collaboratively with a team to diagnose the clients’ needs and develop recommendations
o Work with a team to form hypotheses that will help clients solve their challenges
o Work with the team to develop and refine recommendations to make to the client which may include presenting own work stream findings
• Participate in firm development activities
o Contribute to internal efforts that help improve & grow the firm (e.g. recruiting)
o Contribute to business development activities (e.g., research, proposal development)
o Contribute to the individual professional development of junior team members


• MBA or 2-3 years consulting experience with BS/BA or other advanced degree
• Proven ability to use reason, logic and creativity to solve ambiguous problems
• Finely tuned analytical skills and ability to problem-solve unstructured or ambiguous challenges
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Solid skills in MS Office Suite (Word, with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel)
• Self-starter that can thrive in an unstructured and collaborative, team environment
• Strong attention to detail
