Position

Innosight is seeking a Summer Associate to work in our office. The Summer Associate’s primary responsibility is to support Managers in delivering consulting engagements and potentially lead small work streams independently. While project tasks will vary depending on the client’s objectives and project scope, a Summer Associate would be expected to:
• Lead desk research and expert interviews to understand market, industry and competitive environment and to identify emerging trends
• Design and conduct in-field qualitative consumer research; synthesize insights to identify unmet needs and potential solutions
• Work on a team to generate innovative ideas and to turn top concepts into tangible business plans
• Support team manager in shaping recommendations and developing client-ready presentations
• Contribute to the development of Innosight’s intellectual property around innovation and support other internal firm development activities

Requirements

• First or Second year candidate of a leading MBA/Master program with 2-5 years work experience, which ideally involved conducting research and analysis to solve complex problems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to work on a team
• Ability to self-motivate and self-manage in an entrepreneurial work environment
• Solid skills in creating presentations with MS PowerPoint and analyzing data with MS Excel
