The Marketing Data & Research Analyst is fundamental to the success of Studer Group's marketing team. You will be responsible for conducting research and analyzing marketing and sales data to help create efficiency and drive business goals. The Marketing & Data Analyst will evaluate and report out on the effectiveness of marketing tactics and campaigns using methods to analyze quantitative and qualitative data to provide insight into business decisions. This position is located in our Pensacola, FL location.

As the Marketing Data & Research Analyst you will have the opportunity to enhance analytical skills while working as part of a team committed to developing creative insights, implementing processes, and driving tangible results.

- Applicant must be authorized to permanently work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Research with strong statistically and mathematically skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products
- Ability to analyze data, provide key takeaways and recommend next steps for research
- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design, and data mining and segmentation techniques preferred
- Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels in the company and with various business contacts outside of the company in an articulate, professional manner
