Regional Directors prospect and win organic sales within healthcare delivery organizations within an assigned territory. Success in this role is measured by revenue recognition achieved by selling new coaching partnerships within healthcare provider organizations including hospitals, regional systems, physician practices, long-term care, home health and end of life care organizations.

- Current permanent U.S. Work authorization required.
- Undergraduate Degree (e.g. BA, BS).
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience.
- Extensive experience in the development and execution of the sales process to close the business deal through executive level contacts.
- Experience selling consultative services to hospitals and healthcare organizations
