Directors in the Enterprise Transformation and Systems Consulting practice assist clients with the planning and implementation of PeopleSoft applications (HCM, Financials, Student Information Systems). In this role, Directors lead teams and work in conjunction with other Huron and client team members throughout the entire implementation lifecycle including planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, go-live and post-production support. Because of the complex nature of the projects and the seniority of the client representative, a high level of sophistication related to communication, creativity, project management, problem solving, financial management, and institutional strategic planning are key requirements for success. Directors are responsible for managing a portfolio of projects and business development activities. The position involves significant on-site client contact with travel three to four days each week and overall client, team, and practice management. Directors provide guidance and supervision to Analysts, Associates, Managers, subcontractor and client personnel.
* This position can be based anywhere in the U.S. significant travel is required.
Experience: at least 8-10 yrs of experience leading complex ERP upgrades in Healthcare industry
Employment: Big 4 or healthcare focused firm. Senior industry hires may work as well.
Tech experience: Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, Supply Chain. Experience with Kronos, SciQuest, Pixsys and other relevant Healthcare point solutions a plus.
Client experience: Preference for Academic Medical Centers and Specialty hospitals (Children’s, Cancer Centers, Research hospitals)
Project Experience: Cloud migration, PeopleSoft upgrades of FSCM and HCM, experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 implementations of FSCM and/or HCM
