? OBIEE 10g/11g implementation, configuration and support skills, gained from implementing projects on client sites
? Configuring the OBIEE BI Repository (RPD) at the physical, business model and presentation layers to meet business requirements
? Configuring OBIEE, WebLogic and Fusion Middleware to support integration with other systems, such as LDAP directory servers
? Strong SQL and/or MDX skills
? Performing unit tests and assisting with system and end-to-end testing
? Deploying OBIEE project elements into test and production environments
? Eliciting and documenting customer business requirements
? Ability to attend, and sometimes to run, workshops to understand business requirements where further detail is needed
? Ability to transform business requirements into high level, and low level, technical designs
? Data warehouse data modeling, at both the 3NF foundation/process- neutral layer, and the dimensional performance layer
? Guiding other consultants and client personnel on best-practice techniques • Identifying where OBIEE design decisions have wider impacts, and raising those as appropriate
? Interfacing with key client staff, e.g. business Analysts, architects, managers on a day-to-day basis
? Providing good estimates for work being carried out by yourself, and team members
? Managing hours so that delivery timelines for the client are achieved
? Knowledge of BI Applications is a definite plus
? Communicating technical solutions to client and consulting staff in a clear and concise manner
