This role is an integral part of the Huron’s Learning & Organization Effectiveness team responsible for assisting with development of the overall training program for the Enterprise Solutions & Analytics(ES&A) practice, and development and delivery of training from material support to logistics to budget coordination. Key skills required include strong project management, ability to effectively consult and communicate with all levels of the company on training program development and delivery, effectively utilizing our training infrastructure, and budget coordination. The position requires independent decision-making with regard to managing components of the practice’s training infrastructure and training programs.
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 3-5 years of experience in training, org development, and / or change management
• Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of learning and / or change management methodologies and approach
• 3-5 years working in professional services environment a plus
• Knowledge of learning management systems, preferably Articulate and SharePoint preferred
• Experience managing large amounts of information and breaking it down into useable data
• High level of client service focus
• Strong, proactive organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally
