The Income Tax Reporting Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of International, Federal and State income tax reporting and compliance for Huron. This position will report directly to the Controller for tax reporting purposes but is expected to work closely with the Tax Director and other members of the Tax Team, as well as with various Corporate departments and outside advisors.
•BS/BA in Accounting or Finance. Master's degree in Taxation preferred.
•Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
•6 to 10 years corporate tax experience with a public accounting firm (Big 4 preferred), Fortune 500 tax department, or blend of public/public company tax required.
• Professional Services industry experience preferred
•Strong working knowledge of accounting for income tax (ASC 740).
•Supervisory experience required.
•Strong analytic and technical federal, state and local tax skills
•Ability to identify, research and resolve complex tax issues
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to address the needs of multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Highly collaborative work style.
