Position Summary:

Huron has helped many institutions select, plan, and implement Enterprise Resource planning (ERP) systems. Huron is also an Oracle Platinum Partner, a partner in Oracle's PeopleSoft 9.2 Early Success Program, and has led more Grants implementations than any other firm. We are expanding our Oracle Cloud Finance and Human Capital Management (HCM) offerings. This is a critical part of Huron’s expanding cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) strategy. As the marketplace increasingly views the cloud as integral to enterprise system strategies, Huron is preparing for an increase in related deployment services from its Enterprise Solutions practice.

Your role at Huron: (we currently have the following open career opportunities)
• Analyst: Analytics with recommendations including reports, presentations and other project deliverables
• Associate: project work stream delivery, work plan management, analytics, reporting and client interface/presentation, manage the work of Analysts
• Manager: client project delivery management, relationship management, team leadership
• Director: client engagement delivery oversight, key relationship management, team leader, program management

Position Expectations:

Our Change Management consultants will play a key role in
helping Higher Education and Healthcare projects/change initiatives prepare for change and adoption. The consultant will focus on the people side of change – including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.

The primary focus will be creating and implementing change management plans, which include communication approach and often training strategy that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement. The Change Management consultant will work to drive faster adoption, greater ultimate utilization and higher proficiency on the changes impacting employees in the organization such that business results are achieved. The Change Management consultant will act as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor. The Change Management consultant will also support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans.

Job Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting, HR Management, Business Management and Organizational Behavior, Information Systems or related areas.
• A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process; experience with ADKAR is a plus.
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies (example: Prosci certification).
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
• Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
• Strong analytic and decision making abilities.
• Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts, especially in Higher Education
• Change Management Professional (CMP) designation is a plus.
• Previous change management experience would be required for anyone seeking a role of Associate or above
