Our Research Enterprise Solutions team works with hospitals, universities, cancer centers and research institutions and helps these organizations improve every aspect of research administration performance through transformative change. As part of the Research Services team, you will work with leading physician/scientists, administrators, and other professionals connected to the healthcare, university and life sciences industries on a variety of projects in strategic planning, finance, operations, technology and compliance.

- US work authorization required
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience managing complex team-based engagements in a research administration, clinical research, healthcare, compliance, and/or consulting field
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant managerial experience leading and developing teams
- Willingness and ability to travel every week (Monday-Thursday) on a 60-80% basis annually; work extended hours as necessary
- Consulting experience
- Demonstrated Facilities and Administrative (F&A) experience
- Cost Studies experience
- Knowledge of Uniform Guidance
- Experience in research administration, research strategy/transformation, research operations, and/or regulatory compliance
