- US work authorization required
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience managing complex team-based engagements in a research administration, clinical services administration, healthcare, and/or consulting field
- Experience in an Academic Cancer Center and/or significant consulting experience within Cancer Centers
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant managerial experience leading and developing teams
- Willingness and ability to travel every week (Monday-Thursday) on a 60-80% basis annually; work extended hours as necessary
- An MBA or other relevant advanced degree
