Position Summary:

A Campus Recruiting Coordinator plays a critical role in the delivery of Huron’s brand-defining candidate experience by supporting our campus and off-campus recruiting processes and associated tasks. You aspire to provide the highest level of customer service to candidates, Huron business leaders, and your recruiting colleagues, and will rely on your exceptional communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume and dynamic work environment. You will fully utilize your attention to detail coordinating logistics for on-campus events and interviews. You will excel at managing and reporting out on your priorities, activities, and proactively soliciting input when needed. You are an adept learner in adopting Huron’s processes, tools and technology while contributing to improving those processes whenever possible. This highly valued role requires the highest level of customer service, attention to detail, and ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

Position Expectations:

Coordinators on the Campus Recruiting team are required to demonstrate a high level of performance in the following:
• Organization and Attention to Detail
o Ability to stay highly organized and maintain composure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
o Organize and maintain accurate candidate information in various databases, including our ATS (Applicant Tracking System), from initial contact through hire/disposition
o Create and process offer letters and new hire paperwork for all analyst hires
o Provide a consistent level of communication with the campus recruiting team to ensure transparency on priorities, activity, issues and results
o Ability to work independently, manage/support multiple tasks and team members, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Event and Logistics Management
o Effectively prioritize to manage multiple concurrent events with successful outcomes
o Provide coordinator support to multiple Campus Recruiters and effectively manage work and deadlines. This support includes managing candidate reimbursements, itemizing expenses, preparing materials and logistics for on-campus and interview events, providing support for internship activities, and maintaining accurate reporting.
o Work with a high sense of urgency to organize various recruiting events that range from on-campus events to office interview days
• Communication and Relationship Building
o Exhibit exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) to effectively articulate detailed logistics with candidates, interviewers, and recruiting colleagues
o Establish and foster collaborative working relations with key clients and other Huron stakeholders that can include HR, facilities, accounts payable, on-boarding, benefits, and payroll
o Represent Huron Healthcare with poise, professionalism, and confidence in all interactions with candidates, interviewers, and recruiting colleagues

Job Requirements:

• Current permanent U.S. work authorization
• Bachelor's degree required
• Be based in Chicago, IL
• Ability to work overtime on evenings and weekends as necessary during busy season
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail to effectively manage priorities, drive results, and ensure a positive experience for our candidates and interviewers
