A Campus Recruiting Coordinator plays a critical role in the delivery of Huron’s brand-defining candidate experience by supporting our campus and off-campus recruiting processes and associated tasks. You aspire to provide the highest level of customer service to candidates, Huron business leaders, and your recruiting colleagues, and will rely on your exceptional communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume and dynamic work environment. You will fully utilize your attention to detail coordinating logistics for on-campus events and interviews. You will excel at managing and reporting out on your priorities, activities, and proactively soliciting input when needed. You are an adept learner in adopting Huron’s processes, tools and technology while contributing to improving those processes whenever possible. This highly valued role requires the highest level of customer service, attention to detail, and ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

• Current permanent U.S. work authorization
• Bachelor's degree required
• Recent graduates welcome to apply. Internship experience highly preferred.
• Be based in Chicago, IL
• Ability to work overtime on evenings and weekends as necessary during busy season
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail to effectively manage priorities, drive results, and ensure a positive experience for our candidates and interviewers
